Weekend RN Baylor Supervisor

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pawtucket Falls is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Weekend Baylor Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a supervisory capacity while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule.

• Active Rhode Island RN license (required)
• Long-term care or skilled nursing supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to manage staffing and handle urgent situations independently

• Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during weekend shifts
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations
• Conduct rounds and address clinical or staffing issues as they arise
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Review documentation and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as the on-site nursing leader during assigned shifts
